Our group fitness class combines martial arts techniques such as front kicks, jabs, and squats with traditional cardio movements that challenges beginners and "elite" athletes alike!
Why take this class? Not only will this class keep your heart healthy and lower your risk of disease, it will leave you feeling pumped and energized.
This cardio workout features choreographed movements done on an step platform with or without risers, which increases lower body strength, while the warm-up session increases core strength. Additionally, at Elite, we add our own twist to our step classes and incorporate weights for upper body strength to give you a full body workout.
For those who want a bigger challenge, a few modifications can be made to the step by adding risers to make the step higher, for a more intense workout!
