Elias and Mary began their fitness journey in the 1990s, in Puerto Rico, where Elias learned the basics of bodybuilding from a close, and fellow gym owner, Serafin Nieves.
In 2007, Elias and Mary moved to Florida, where Elias worked as a chef for 8 years, until his own personal training clients convinced him to open his own gym in February of 2015. For the last several years, Elias has transformed hundreds of clients, both physically and mentally, as a Certified Personal Trainer.
Mary has multiple certifications including (but not limited to!) her Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach certifications.
Together, they help and motivate others on their fitness journeys.
